Hey, it's been a while.
See the news lately, home values plummet? Well , no kidding'. I said about a year ago that we would see home prices at about 1993 levels soon....
It's going to get worse people, and there is nothing, Republicans, Democrats or anyone right or Left that can do anything to fix it.
Well, at least the price of gas has not gone up too much, its come down, but, tell ya the truth, it should be about 50 cents cheaper than what it is now, with the current economic conditions.
We will see more scandals, bad economic news and possibly another major war, somewhere....

Its getting bad here in NYC. First time since the depression more drivers than shifts. There is a storm comin'.
